Keep your books up to date and send your VAT returns and your UK and foreign property income updates to HMRC.

Import your bank statements, match each line to your invoices, payments and expenses, and see an estimate of the tax to set aside. When your VAT return or a property income update is due, send it to HMRC from the same records.

14-day free trial, then £19/month or £190 a year. One subscription per business, with no per-user fees.

The BizHub365 dashboard for a demo business. Cards for cash in bank, money owed to you, bills to pay and VAT and tax due next, then Tax to set aside: profit this tax year, Income Tax, Class 4 National Insurance, VAT owed so far this VAT period and the total, marked as an estimate, not a bill.

From bank statement to VAT return

  1. Bring in your bank lines

Import CSV, OFX or QIF statements, with layouts for the main UK business banks. Lines you have already imported are skipped.

  2. Sort each line

BizHub365 suggests the invoice, bill or account each line belongs to. You see what will be posted and where, and nothing is posted until you confirm.

  3. Send your VAT return or property income update to HMRC

The figures come from the records you have already sorted. You check exactly what will be sent and confirm the declaration before anything goes to HMRC.

Bank Transactions in BizHub365 for a demo business: Import Bank Statements, then the Awaiting Processing list with an Auto-sort button and the note that each button first shows what will be posted and where, nothing is posted until you confirm, and you can undo it afterwards.
